EMPLOYER Motivation Introduction


Employee Motivation is an integral part Human Resource Management and it plays a crucial role in the long-term growth of an organization. Motivation can be defined as the inherent enthusiasm and driving force to accomplish a task. It can be used in directing employees’ behavior and actions for a constructive vision or goal. Proper motivation turns an employee into a loyal asset and helps in maintaining the retention rate. (Online)

What is employer motivation ?

The word motivation is derived from Latin word "movere" which means " to move" Motivation is something - a desire, a want, need or drive - that moves or spurs and individual to act a particular way to achieve a goal or objective. Online)

Why Motivation peoples is Essential?

  1.  Increase creativity, dependability, efficiency and innovativeness in the workplace
  2. In help to increase job satisfaction, job security and others
  3. Employer motivation help to the organization sustain under challenging situation.

Communication effectively and often

we have heard the phrase; communication is the key to success. Effective communication is an essential aspect of any workplace.. To keep your employees motivated and engaged, as an employer, you need yo make sure the communication is transparent and clear.

Make sure your employer are participative

Employee participation in the workplace is the extremely important for organizational success. organizing constructive games once in a while at the workplace helps employees get rib of anxiety and stress. and they get know other employees better, encourage healthy work culture.

Coach them to success

Sharing success stories, conducting timely training (with internal and external trainers or coaches), and similar activities can help your employees formulate a clear path to their success. Motivated employees and engaged employees are always an asset.

Introduce them to creativity

According to one of the great coaches, Dale Carnegie, if you keep doing the same thing in the same manner, you end up achieving less. Encourage employees to think out of the box. Don't rubbish their ideas of innovation, and you never know the suggestion can help you earn a million dollars.

Make sure your reward their efforts

everyone like employees appreciation once in a while, as an employer rewards your employee's efforts and dedication. it necessary needs not to have to be big. A voucher, gift card, or simply a thank you note can help your employees perform better and walk in the direction of success.

Conclusion

Understanding the employee motivation is crucial for driving performance and the engagement. Bu utilizing a thoughtful blend of intrinsic and extrinsic motivators, organizations can create a positive and productive work environment that keeps employees engaged and motivated over and long term.

A guidance to people developments

People development is a critical function within human resources seen the employee’s skill, knowledge, abilities and performance of the employees. Its various process processes to understand and identify each individual designed to help their full potential, grow within their roles and contribute to the organization success.

Cultivating learning and culture

Cultivating learning and culture development involves deliberate effort to create an environment where continues learning, knowledge sharing and skill development thought out the organization.

 

Job rotation

This is the best part to follow from the organization moving the employees between the jobs in an organization. Its need to be happen within job at the same level not considering the promotions. They also tend to be temporary. Job rotation excellent way to transfer the specific skills, knowledge’s from one employer to another.

Peer coaching

is a confidential process where two or more colleagues work together to reflect on current practice, expand, refine and build a new skills, share ideas, teach on another, conduct classroom research, or solve problems in the workplace.

Target training and skill building

Identify and offer the training and give the constructive feedback to continued their training and skill development. And establish the measurable goals.

 

Job shadowing

Its most effective way for an employer to acquire a new skill to potentially follow a new career path.

Job shadowing help to learn new skill, networking between departments,

 

Self- paced learning

This will teach method where employer work through material at their own pace and on their own schedule, rather than being guided by an instructor.

 
Mentorship program

This is will help develop skill, set goals and improve their performance in employer career. They also can help mentees learn about their options for career path and work life.
